Who I Work With
To be honest, I don’t work with any “one type” of person. In fact, most people I meet with come to me with more than one thing they’re working through.
For example, it’s rarely someone coming in just for anxiety. It’s feeling anxious, but also struggling with comparison and people-pleasing, grieving a gut-wrenching breakup, trying to figure out how to have a relationship with a family member who has hurt you time after time...all while dealing with an overwhelming situation at work.
See what I mean? Rarely just “one” isolated thing.
What I Specialize in
I've worked with a little bit of everything over the years, but these are some of the areas I find myself coming back to again and again. My bread and butter, if you will. Don't see what you're looking for? You're always welcome to reach out and ask.

Maybe you’re always going for the guy who is emotionally unavailable. Maybe you cannot, for the life of you, ask for help because that would mean letting someone see you as incapable. Maybe you can’t feel pretty, proud of yourself, or even okay with a decision unless the compliment, validation, or permission comes from someone else.
Or maybe you’ve built a perfectly fine life. You’ve never really been in love, never really had your heart broken, never really needed anyone...never really felt much of anything at all. Safe and sound, all alone up in your tall tower.
Sometimes, without us even noticing, things that happened in childhood show up in our adult lives. We’ll get curious about where those patterns came from, what they’ve been protecting you from, and whether you still need them now.
-
Maybe you’ve lived through something unimaginable, something no one else could possibly understand, much less “fix.” Maybe you’ve been treading water for longer than you can remember and there’s no end in sight. How long are you supposed to keep living like this?
Or maybe it feels like there’s a weighted blanket over your life. You’re not drowning in tears, but you’re not really feeling much of anything at all.
Sometimes it feels like no matter what you do or don’t do, someone keeps pouring salt in the wound, and it’s gutting. Processing and healing doesn’t mean “getting over it” or erasing your story. It means learning how to carry what happened without letting it take up every inch of your life.

I call it “going down the rabbit hole.” You start out worried about an email from your boss, and the next thing you know, you’ve created a scenario where you’ll be fired, homeless, and exiled by tomorrow morning. It sounds dramatic when you read it from someone else, but when you’re playing it out in your own mind, somehow it all adds up.
The replaying conversations, planning for every possible outcome, second-guessing yourself, lying awake thinking about something you said three Tuesdays ago...I know the drill. We’ll work on quieting some of that noise so you can trust yourself a little more and actually be where your feet are.

Dating. Breakups. Infidelity. Marriage. Divorce. SEX.
There’s nothing taboo in here. Having a space to get into these things without judgment, criticism, shame, or the opinions of your parents, friends, family, and a million random TikTok influencers can sometimes be exactly what you need to quiet all the outside noise and figure out what you actually think, feel, believe, and want.

You’re the person who says sorry even when they ran into you. You say yes to taking on the extra work or picking up the bill, even when it’s incredibly inconvenient. You just ran a marathon, but someone else did it faster, and suddenly all you can see is how you weren’t good enough.
You make sure everyone else has everything they need and that no one is mad at you. And you probably seem “just fine”...but are you? When was the last time you really checked in with yourself?
We’ll work on figuring out what you actually want, setting boundaries without writing a five-paragraph apology, and making a little more room for being human.
