Payment & Cancellation

Payment is due in full on the day of your session. For your convenience, a credit card is securely stored on file and will be processed automatically before each appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice.

• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

• Missed appointments without prior notice ("no-shows") will be charged the full session fee.

Insurance & Out-of-Network Benefits

Vine & Branch Counseling is a private-pay practice. If you have out-of-network mental health benefits, I'm happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

If you're planning to use out-of-network benefits, I recommend asking your insurance provider:

• Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?

• Have I met my out-of-network deductible?

• What percentage of each session is eligible for reimbursement?

• How do I submit a superbill for reimbursement?
