Client Rights & Resources
At Vine and Branch Counseling, your care, privacy, and rights are deeply respected. As a client, you are entitled to clear information about your records, your rights, and how to seek support if concerns arise.
Your Right to Access Records
You have the right to request access to your mental health records. Requests can be submitted in writing through the client portal or by email. Please allow a reasonable timeframe for processing.
Questions or Concerns
If you have questions about your care or would like to discuss a concern, you are always welcome to reach out directly. Open communication is encouraged and valued.
Filing a Complaint
If you feel your concerns have not been resolved, you have the right to file a complaint with the appropriate regulatory agencies:
