Hello, I’m Katie
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in Texas, supervised by Debra Lewis, LPC-S. During a period of major life changes, I experienced firsthand how transformative therapy can be. That personal growth inspired me to pursue counseling as a career. Through my own journey, I discovered a deep passion for helping others navigate their challenges and find clarity, resilience, and healing.
My Background
I earned my undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University (Wreck 'Em!) and my master’s from Lamar University. With over a decade in public education, experience as a high school guidance counselor, and experience working as a therapist with a group practice, I’ve cultivated the skills to meet clients where they are and help them grow. Moving into private practice allows me to offer personalized care in a supportive, welcoming space where clients feel truly heard and valued.
